After six months of using a 13 inch MacBook I’ve given in and upgraded to a MacBook Pro. It was a useful (albeit, expensive) experiement to see how that machine handles my day-to-day workload, but in the end I needed the screen real estate and something that stand up to being used all day a bit better.
I will definitely miss the 5+ hour battery life I was getting on the MacBook, but won’t be missing the cracks in the plastic that kept happening. I’ll try and post pictures of the damage prior to sending it off to Apple Care.
